Messages from Senseis

As a form of martial arts with strong scientific base, each move in Karatedo has its own theory and explanation. To pursue excellency in Karatedo training, thorough understanding of these theories, as well as realization of them through continuous practice are necessary. Through these practices, we can also train our mind and spirit, with a view to fostering wholesome integrity and virtue in oneself. In the process of training, we should always remember Messages from Senseis.

Articles in the “Messages from Senseis” are all written by Sensei Patrick Leung and the other Senseis of this Association. Extraction and copying are welcome for the sake of karatedo development. In the event of extracting and copying, please indicate that the article is come from “Hong Kong Shitoryu Karatedo Association” with a view to respecting creativity and intellectual property. Thank you.
