Quality is more important than quantity in practicing. If we pay more attention in the quality of technique, and then increase the quantity of our practice, the quality will be consolidated and gradually improved. Oppositely, if we keep on practicing while overlook the quality of the technique, the errors will become our bad habits and will be gradually worsened. After a long while, these bad habits will be very difficult to be rectified. Therefore, we need to fully understand the requirements of the technique, particularly the details of it. In our training sessions, we have to concentrate on the explanation and the demonstration given from our Senseis; and ask for clarifications in case of uncertainties.
